Small Business Partnership Services
Small Business Organizations (up to 25 employees) pay an ANNUAL or MONTHLY subscription fee for Human Resource services. Consultants are available to provide operational or transformational services on an as-needed basis. Choose from two levels.
HR Operations, Employee Relations, Job Design and Descriptions, Compensation, and Benefits.
All of ESSENTIAL HR plus performance management, employee development plans, career management, and rewards and recognition.
Hit the ground running with HR Startup services. We will set up your HR and Talent Department including but not limited to payroll, benefits, HRIS, performance management, employment, policy and procedures.
We come onsight during the startup phase and continue until the project is complete. We will also be available to consult with your identified HR liaison for the following 3 months to answer questions or provide recommendations for implementation. All decisions will be the responsibility of your organization’s leadership team to ensure engagement and a return on investment.
